I Would never rent a property off these again! Their houses are awful, smelly and dirty. they dont like doing repairs, they tried making out that i done certain amount of damage when i most certainly did not! They demanded that i had to cut the grass before i left when the garden was like a frigging jungle when i first moved in! They tried to make out that i drilled the back door when i didnt! Luckily i took pictures of the house "before" i moved in which was my saveyer. They then had monthly inspections that "had" to be suitable for them and not "you" and kept charging me because i couldn't get time off work, even though i had explained to them i work 12 hours a day so couldn't do weekdays but weekends was fine, but that wasn't good enough as it had to be a Wednesday from 10am till 1pm!! They tried to say i broke the kitchen draws when i didn't! So had to prove my innocense with the recorded telephone conversation that i had with them when i first reported it. They also tried to make me patch up certain holes that wasn't done by myself but yet again luckily the pictures that i took before i moved on came in handy for my innocensea and one last thing they will do their "very" best to keep your bond so beware!!!
