Despite their claim to have any part for any vehicle, they never have any parts for my car. Complete lie. Not only that but since they are under new owners the store is virtually empty. Pathetic waste of time.
Always helpful and if they don't have what you need in stock always willing to give you other options even if it doesn't mean a sale for them. Generally helpful.
Excellent service. Fast and prompt
Been dealing with Fast parts for a few years now, and the guys on the phone have excellent knowledge and always have good advice if we are not sure on the part we need. If we nip in to the shop the boys on the front desk are ALWAYS friendly and go above and beyond what they need to be doing to help us out,again with fantastic knowledge and great advice, the prices are very good and they have a wide variety of parts, and if they haven't got what you need they will do their best to get it. All staff are always very polite and cheerful, the are doing a great job. WELL DONE GUYS.
Pretty good selection in the store, I was able to find what I wanted without having to ask for some things to be brought out.Very reasonable price too, which is good.Not used these guys for a while, as I am in Cardiff, but glad they were on route the other day.Worth the trip if you need a radiator though, it is still worth it for the saving.
