Appalling after care service... All nice when you buy a car, but as soon as something goes wrong, gets extremely rude and defensive. Very major fault with the car short time after purchasing... Blown head gasket which was also blown previously and concealed, as verified by a mechanic. Said car was in perfect condition and was not informed of previous significant faults. Very disappointed with the dealers response and handling of this issue... Put me off from used cars for life.
Terrible experience! Partner spoke on the phone and arranged to trade his car in and take finance out on another vehicle, whilst on the phone they was told about the state of the car (3 year old car with one owner serviced throughout! Only problem being back bumper needing replacing) we was told with a 500 deposit he would take the car however upon arriving before we even had a chance to get out of the car we had him shaking his head and shouting that he did not want the car unless we have another big lump sum of money! (Because of the bumper which he knew about) If he didn't want the car that was fine tell us not shout, disrespect and be little us. Worst experience EVER! Unfriendly, patronising and unreasonable! Seems like a bit of a Del Boy in my personal opinion! Within an hour of leaving his garage we had sold our car to another lovely company and had none of the unprofessional experiences we had with these! Terrible experience wouldn't recommend at all!
